I am very pleased with the ingredient proportions and the flavor. I do find the product to be overly gassy, having to slowly release the gas produced from the shaker cup after shaking. This lingering gas also sits in the digestive track, sometimes causing discomfort, until it finds its way out. I will continue to use it for a while to see if my body adjusts since I do like everything else about it.
This is some serious stuff!
Does exactly what it says and gets me fired up before a good session in the gym.
